The BNS and BBVN/UPBN extend their warmest wishes for 2026!
We would kindly like to invite you to renew your
membership of our society. Since last year, membership for BNS and
BBVN/UPBN are one joined fee.Your membership is valuable to us, as this allow us to negotiate on your
behalf on the federal level on the subject of the budgetary debates that
are currently ongoing. As communicated before, the nomenclature of the
evoked potentials was decreased by EUR30. At the moment, no decision has
been made yet regarding our consultation fee (which likely will be
decreasing), allowing us to emphasize to the different boards the
intellectual work of the neurologist which needs to be reflected in the
consultation fee. Moreover, the BBVN/UPBN is actively committed to
simplifying the procedures of reimbursement (e.g. annual renewal for
anti-epileptics and complex procedures for pump therapies).The BNS warmly invite you to the Spring symposium on March 14, 2026
(Nutrition management in neurological diseases joint with SBNC/VVKVM) at
the Royal Library in Brussels and the Autumn symposium on December 5,
2026 (joint symposium with Belgian Stroke Council) at the Provinciehuis
